We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time at the hotel. The property is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. I would especially like to thank Dimitris, who was absolutely exceptional throughout our stay. He was always kind, professional, and willing to help with anything we needed, from recommendations to practical assistance. His attention to detail and genuine care made a real difference. A special thank you as well to Faye, who was equally helpful, welcoming, and attentive. Both of them went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. Their hospitality is one of the main reasons we will remember this hotel so fondly. Thank you for such a lovely experience, we would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mykonos!

Beautiful location. Staff is incredibly kind and friendly. Their drivers for the hotel guests is available 24/7 after pick and drop off.

Absolutely beautiful, clean, polite and kind staff. This is one of the most wonderful hotels we've ever stayed. From the staff to the restaurant to the unbelievably "Mykonos Vibed" architecture and gardens, this place is basically perfect. The lobby, common area work rooms, and multi-level gardens offer extremely well thought out separation possibilities so that, even when nearly full, the other guests were really only seen at the pool. And even then, so many of the rooms have private small pools that many guests use these instead of the main pool....Or they use the private beach... and even that has multiple terraces on the way to the little private pier. As a result, the place really felt like our own little mansion on the sea. The public beach is a five minute walk down a little hidden passageway, and the bus stop to Mykonos town, direct, is a two minute walk. The grounds and rooms are spectacular, with large suites and some with aforementioned mini pool and two bathrooms, but even better than the absolutely perfect 'greek island vibe'' (according to my 21 year old daughter) are the staff. We were greeted and shown around by the front office manager of the hotel, Dimitris, who took the time to show us the little gallery, art installations (of which there are many) and historically significant characteristics of the hotel...again, the grounds are across many levels, and make for amazing views of the little bay and beach, as well as a multitude of flowering plants. The reception team of Kiki and Sonia were always so friendly, and we were extremely extremely surprised by how wonderful the food was at the restaurant and at breakfast. The 5 course breakfast included with our room was extravagant, and basically was so enormous we normally only selected 3 items, but the dinner on the balcony overlooking the water was the best surprise. Fantastic taste and reasonable!

All was great seriously, our only regret was not spending more time here in the room and at the private beach.

The WhatsApp service is nice They give us a complementary orange juice and coc cola as a bolgize about it is provided services

It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in it rate 5 star but it Service less, the door was broken they just gave me a key and every day I explain to all staff the problem the reception has lack communication to all staff every day I re explain the problem to any one nocked the door the TV doesn’t work also from the beginning I told them however they are not care - - they didn’t put the coffe and tea staff I requested they bring in a trash black bag The breakfast by card menu In the end after speaking and explaining the problems with them they gave me a sea staff like a bag and hat but we didn’t take the sea staff since it like an advertising to them since it has the hotel name

Tolle Aussicht, sehr freundliches Personal

I never seen such nice and loving people. The reception helps with everything (cruise,food,touristic tours,etc..) anything you need. And of course the hotel is very nice With a creazyy view on the sea
