Room quit small

All staff is very nice.

breakfast is excellent (i have had Pho servied with fresh vegetable, orange juice, yaourt for two days), staffs are very nice and careful, hotel and room are beautiful and cozy. The roof café and bar are also very good, not too busy when i arrived, drinks are tasteful and well decorated. Hotel provides motorbike rental. It is near Xuan Huong Lake (about 1 km) and i walked to the lake morning and just enjoy

my room is little small, it maybe not suitbale for two, windows are also small too. anyway the room is cozy and beautiful

I thoroughly enjoyed the architecture at Banla Boutique Hotel; it's clear the owner has a great eye for design. Despite the rooms not being overly spacious, they exude a warm and cozy atmosphere. The ample parking space is convenient, and the cleanliness of the toilet is noteworthy. My balcony, being the widest and centrally located, became a favorite spot for socializing and having fun. The room cleaning service was helpful, and the staff went out of their way to assist me in booking taxis. The 9-option breakfast was not only diverse but also delicious.

I did experience some slow service during breakfast, likely due to the high number of guests. Additionally, it would have been more convenient if the hotel provided instant noodles in the room.
