Shower is not easy to use in terms of heat control.

I love everything about this hotel. Great experience in Dalat that everyone should try once when you be in Dalat

The moment I arrive Banla, the exterior of the building invoke a sense of curiosity of what's hidden inside. The moment you enter, you will be greeted by a team of passionate Banla staff with megawatt smile. The whole hotel you could felt everything is carefully chosen, the furnitures are 'locally made' the scent are locally poured, etc. Im rather impressed with the partly customs made wooden lift :). I truly enjoyed my short stay in Banla and will be happily returning if I visit Da Lat again. The breakfast is awesome. It was my best meal I had during my Dalat trip. The staffs are friendly

- Regarding the price, it is a bit overpriced. I have stayed in many boutique hotels in Thailand where the living cost is more expensive than Vietnam but not that high price for a very very small room. I paid for 1.3 million VND for the room size 18sqm while with 1.8 milllion VND, I moved to Ana Mandara Villa on next day - The architecture, design of the hotel is very nice, but the quality of the building overall is poor because it was really noisy even though you stay in the room. I felt like I stayed in an open air shelter that I can hear the phone ring from 1st floor ( my room was on 3rd floor) and I even could hear exact words what the couple next door talked to each other. I had a sleepless night as it was too noisy. The room is too small, lack of air ( as no aircon also) so that I sweat at night even though the temperature outside was just 18 Celcius degree. I had no choice but cancelled the 2nd night with 50% refund. I accepted it yet will definitely not coming back. The place is good for taking photo only, not for a leisure stay. I always love the concept of boutique hotels because of its architecture, design, not so many rooms ( means less people, less noise), but this time I was really disappointed.
