The staffs were super nice! They helped me a lot during the stay. Also, the hotel and rooms are so cozy and clean. Truly recommend ⭐️

Loved the check in experience. Receptionist sits down with you over a hot towel and welcome drink to explain services, offered me a choice of 3 different scents of bath amenities, took my order for breakfast. Loved having motorbike rental available at a reasonable cost.

The room was quite small, but not much of a problem since I stayed just 1 night.

Our stay was great, hotel is clean and has great design.

It was quite annoying that its not possible to pay by actual card and they are not able to use the card on file from booking . This need to improve Breakfast quite limited

Perfect location, great place to enjoy in Dalat. Amazingly decoration, friendly service & extremely helpful. Room was a little small but I loved. Will be back soon next time. 5 stars for food & staffs!

They don't accept credit card payment although it says in booking.com it's part of acceptable payment method. Also the room is a little narrower, and quite dark due to the too small window.

The staff were lovely. Very friendly and accomodating. The breakfast was good and the choice of toiletries was sweet.

The noise of the traffic in the front was unbearable. Luckily the staff moved me to another room. No air conditioning. The staff provided me with a fan. Maybe double glazing on windows is needed. No credit card accepted for payment is ridiculous! At the bar upstairs, couldn’t order a Mojito, only there specials? Booking. Com said this hotel had room service and a restaurant and this was not the case.

Everything, we loved our stay there and everything about it!

Minor thing to consider is the location as it's not walking distance from all tourist attractions. But taxis are cheap and only take 5mins.
