I failed to get the car charger to work. Kept saying "access denied". I couldn't work out why, when my credit card had been accepted.

Very mice hotel, probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in Great food, excellent value for money Perfect stop off hotel from Scotland to the South Very dog friendly

The restaurant staff work hard but the service is a little chaotic, wrong orders etc. They look like they need the direction of a manager or supervisor to support them.

Everything lived up to expectations as we had been recommended the hotel by friends and relatives. The room was very comfortable , the bed especially so. A free a long drive we were glad to just rest in the room.

Miserable guy on the desk Sunday afternoon

The furniture in the room was disappointing. The chairs were uncomfortable and the table was too big and clumsy. We ave been to Westmorland many times and enjoyed comfortable chales and low coffee table.
