Very close to the M6 but in a quiet location Good restaurant

No paper handkerchief tissues in the room or bathroom. No luggage rack for our case No lamp standard by the table and chairs so light was not bright enough to read sitting on one of the chairs

The staff on reception were great, lovely and welcoming and helped my husband sort out the electronic charging point- really above and beyond.

They could have used another member of staff at breakfast as it took some time (again, lovely staff doing their best). Perhaps it was a one-off but if not then it might be worth getting some more help during busy times.

Arrived here after a very wet day on the coast to coast hike . Lovely location and friendly staff.’ The room was cosy and comfortable and just what I needed after a long day . My dog was made very welcome

Good location and all clean

There was no welcome from the receptionist. I felt I was a bother. TV only had 3 channels not acceptable in this day and age but didn’t want to face the receptionist again to complain!! Breakfast was good and checkout staff were polite.
