Over heard difficult diners moaning and complaining and trying to order “off menu” classic moaners … nothing right. The staff managed to handle them politely and efficiently defusing any potential “situation”

Tipping arrangement on paying by card should be dropped. Best to tip by cash / but not as an option on the card machine.

"Convenient and comfortable stop."

Nice bar and restaurant area with pleasant views. Staff were friendly. Room was spacious and comfortable.

Rooms although good are a little tired in places and could use a bit of TLC. Restaurant food is good but a tad pricey.

Very Clean, good location, easy to find and access. Like the cosy bar to unwind in after a long drive.

A bit pricy for our pocket, but that might just be us pensioners…
