"Disappointing"

Once I reach there I was told that The room that I booked want I was under maintenance. That's the issue. Given me some other room which is must costlier.

Smoking is not allowed inside the room. That's the worst part

"High-End Hotel for little money"

Everything was perfect. Hotel, room, location, staff, food, WiFi and value for money. In Europe it is difficult to find a hotel that offers even remotely as good service even if the price is 10-20 times as high. The appearance, the communication, the service and the will of the staff to make everything 100% perfect is impressive. Thank you dear Aurora team!
