Once you leave during the day they will enter ur room without asking, move and go thru ur belongings under the guise of cleaning, upon complaining the supervisor sais it's 'their duty' to do so without apology. Rooms are freezing cold at night as heater doesn't work. At breakfast I was served cold tea with toast that wasn't even toasted. Was woken up at 7am by fire alarm that ran for 30 seconds. Very unprofessional service at a very high price, I couldn't get out of there fast enough, I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody.

Very comfy clean beds that I managed to sleep very well on and overall good facilities and service. The staff were very helpful with helping me with any problems I had. Overall well worth the extra money and while there is room for improvement I'm going to give it 9/10 for what I got for the money.

The biggest issue with this hotel was it was best hard for my taxi driver to find, even thou the Google Maps location is correct, there are a bunch of one way streets that make it hard to get to. The rooms are missing a few basic things like soap holders and there are a few damaged tiles etc, and annoyingly like many hotel rooms unless your card is in the holder by the door your room has no power and so you can't charge your phone when away from your room. But you do get international plug sockets so you don't need your own adaptor. The rooms are generally very clean and tidy but if you look hard there are some dusty spots like in the LED light strip behind the bed but very minor, although I think it would be worth them vacuuming there at least once a week. The restaurant wasn't finished and the breakfast was a bit lacking in choice, although the terrace is a really lovely spot to have breakfast on.
