A very clean room, and comfortable bed with new sheets. Shower was hot, strong and didn't go cold on me. The climate control was excellent, quiet and adjusted to nite time coolness and mid day heat

Staff were perhaps a bit too formal, need to relax a bit.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness and beauty of the room. Despite being small, the room was impeccably clean and well-maintained with the historical Polo Ground seen from my window. The decor was beautiful, with tasteful furnishings. One of the standout features of the room was the attention to detail. Every surface was polished to a shine, and there was not a speck of dust to be found. The bed linens were fresh and inviting, and the bathroom was spotless. And the staffs were highly courteous and helpful. I also appreciated the amenities provided, such as plush towels and high-quality toiletries. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the cleanliness and beauty of the room, and I am already planning to come back to this hotel in the future.

new hotel. Everything is fine n functional. Rooftop restaurants ambience is nice. Beautiful pologround and beautiful mountain line is visible from rooftop and rooms also.

They charged me gst extra on top of the room price i booked through booking.com where it was not mentioned. They made me bound to pay. Breakfast is with very limited options and general. Food is not good. Using the same prepared ready gravy with most of the dishes.They don't have any travel desk and absolutely unable to help you out how to travel around manipur.
