The hotel was beautifull and the staff very professionnal. The access to the beach easy, thé cader was wonderfull ! The sea view perfect !

The staff are all amazing, good-hearted and honest, warm individuals. It’s a small team and you can tell they really care for the venue and their guests. We were lucky to be looked after by them!

The only thing we would say needs an upgrade are the mattresses. They are on the older side and sag so the sleep is not as comfortable as it could be.

The hotel is gorgeous and a peaceful gem amongst the really busy Tulum. Great rooms with sea view and nice beach access incl lounge chairs and sun beds. We had a very relaxing and recharging week here. The staff is exceptionally friendly, personable and accommodating. They were incredible with recommendations for excursions and provided lots of help to prepare my proposal to my now fiancée. An unforgettable week at Sueños.

It’s in a calmer location, staff were amazing and great food!
