Airport pick up was a no show and had to ring hotel and wait 30 minutes before taxi showed up Air con not working on arrival but switched rooms so fine

AC in the living room fluctuated a lot. Not a biggie if you are mostly out. Becomes frustrating when you stay indoors longer The 'British breakfast' (Strange) Beyond POS terminals, alternative payment options/methods required For a hotel this nice, occupancy ought to be better. Barely ran into any guests.

It's very clean, the food is good, the location is also good. Like 500m from main road, staff was helpful and rooms are spacious

The hotel was very communicative and responsive when there were changes to my flight, arranged a free airport pickup and we also got breakfast in our room free of charge. The room was very nice. A great experience after a long day of travel!

The place was clean and nice looking. The Wellness and pool were wonderful. The food was very good and the breakfasts were substantial.

The WiFi was weak, but generally worked. The TV's never worked properly. The suite was not equipped as described in their advertising. The staff was typically very slow to respond and the service in the restaurant was very slow.

The staff especially the receptionists. All of them!! Lovely people.

The bed was super hard 😫. They need to invest on comfortable mattresses. I wake up my body feeling pains 😢
