Overall, the staff are very friendly and did everything within reach to make our stay comfortable. The Wifi was unstable on this occasion due to a fibre cable damage that was reported globally. I had an issue with modification of my booking and the accounts team in consultation with the manager resolved it, exceeding my expectations! Well done team, i will always come again because of the great experience!

The accommodation facilities were great, good rooms, bathrooms etc. It was also very quiet which is what we needed after a festive frenzy. Also, I had a personal request that the hotel was happy to fulfil to my liking! I loved it!

The new year party was a bit dull. The fireworks were rushed and the band wasn’t entertaining at all! The food was not so tasty and the variety was lacking
