"Great location, lots of potential!"

Beautiful surroundings. Well managed and kept. Great staff. Great size rooms.

This hotel has such potential. The pictures are great, but the rooms fall a little flat. Some may like the style but for me they could do with updating, perhaps white paint even. The bathroom requires a screen to stop the water from covering the entire floor. And perhaps a counter top for your shower gels, make-up bag etc.. it was a cramped having to fit it all around the sink. And the tiles are a lot ugly🤭..Anywho I honestly don’t say this to stop you from staying.. the location is everything and perhaps contemporary aesthetics aren’t your thing and a more local decor is…

"Comfortable with good facilities"

Staff in general is friendly and reception was good, place was clean, facilities good .. shout out to Miriam (waitress) who made suggestions and heated our food and went a little extra to make us feel welcome.

The only reason for not giving a higher score is the maitre D' (Bakah) was very unprofessional ... he made terrible (diluted) coffee for breakfast and the food was cold. His response was to send a waitress to tell us that there is no coffee in the entire building and gave us a cold shoulder for the rest of the stay. Also got our food order wrong.
