Zentrale Lage. Freundliches Personal. WLAN (Wohnung 3) ganz oben hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Gutes Frühtück (kein Buffet, im Haupthaus, ca 100 Meter entfernt). Preis-Leistung super.

Fehlende Fliegengitter. Mücke hat uns in den Wahnsinn getrieben. Sehr steile Treppe zu Wohnung 3, vorsichtig sein. Kühlschrank kühlt extrem, alles gefroren.

Nahe am Stadtzentrum, trotzdem ruhig . Freundliches Personal.

Sehr steile Treppe, schlechte Treppenhausbeleuchtung vor dem Dachgeschoss. Matratzen sehr weich Küchenausstattung sehr lückenhaft, Geschirr teils schlecht gespült. Keine Fliegengitter.

the fridge was in fact working not so good. our food was absolutely frozen very much. its need repainment (we told it to stuff)

Notre séjour a malheureusement été en dessous des attentes. Plusieurs points importants doivent être signalés : La porte de douche était abîmée et instable. La poubelle de la salle de bain était hors d’usage. Les planches à découper étaient très usées. Le lit était instable car il manquait un pied. Les draps avaient des tâches de sang. La présence importante d’araignées a rendu le séjour inconfortable, et j’ai même eu des piqûres. Enfin, la fenêtre ne fermait pas correctement, ce qui pose un vrai problème de sécurité. Le logement a du potentiel mais nécessite une remise en état urgente pour offrir un séjour agréable et sécurisé aux voyageurs.

Sehr zentrale Lage, hübsch und rustikal aussehende Zimmer.

Leider mussten wir nachts aus dem Schlafzimmer ausziehen, da es Bettwanzen gab. Wir verbrachten die Nacht im Wohnzimmer auf den Sofakissen am Boden.... Dem Reinigungspersonal haben wir diese Umstände auf einem Zettel mitgeteilt. An der Rezeption war am Morgen leider keiner anzutreffen.

Central location. The first floor Flat 2 was comfortable with good facilities. Being on 1st floor the restaurant staff smoking outside weren't such an immediate problem.

Sadly the overall experience was disappointing. We were initially allocated Flat 1 ground-floor flat which opened onto an alley used by the restaurant staff next door as a smoking place. The alley was run-down & uncleaned & smelt very unpleasant - rubbish, scraps of food & uncollected rubbish bags were underfoot. Flat 1 had a number of problems - boiler failure (no hot water); toilet door, which opened into kitchen, didn't close; inadequate crockery & cooking equipment; gloomy atmosphere with little outdoor light. Window access in living room (no bedroom or bathroom windows) was marred by regular smokers outside (there was an ashtray set up on our windowsill) used by next-door staff throughout the day. We were transferred from flat 1 to flat 2 on day 2 but we had to spend considerable time during that day contacting staff, waiting for plumber to arrive then repacking & unpavking our suitcases. Our repeated request for 1 day's rental refund was ignored then refused in writing on our last day. Despite the written apology we received - the lack of compensation for a wasted day of our holiday & the ignoring of our request and failure to address the wider issues was not impressive! We will not return & cannot recommend!
