It was a lovely stay with the great breakfast! Staff is pretty sweet and helpful

Location. Check in /out. Staff. Luggage drop off though not secure.

Very loud music from 3rd floor Fri night till nearly 1am. Shower wasn't as clean as it could be, no ventilation/fan. Fridge has no freezer section. The noise from door over the road was silly (windows open as beyond hot 30 plus c ). There was a sort of fan placed in bedroom but it was pretty useless. Oscillating fans would have been better given the extreme heat . Plaster coming off walls by sofa. 1 window broken so couldn't leave a bit open. Whole place needs a good paint and fresh up. Bathroom bin broken had a sharp bit on lid. Stayed before but has declined. No smart TV which is a pretty basic thing nowadays. Wifi patchy.

The size of the apartment is nice. Clean and well furnished. Quiet and within walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. The host is easily reachable and friendly.

I would've like to have laundry detergent. There is a washing machine, but being on a road trip and doing laundry just once on the trip, having to buy it, was a bit annoying, but it is a first world problem.

Central location, could walk everywhere

Great, quirky apartment in a great location to walk to all the attractions of Bruges.

The rooms were really good and clean.

Check in could have been quicker, but it was a busy period so understandable.

- shower was very hot which we loved - bathroom was cleanest room, amazing - kitchen facilities good - beds comfortable - host helpful - get the whole flat to yourself - next to the town but quiet, loved it

- bad smell - marks on pillow - no electric in bedroom - sink blocked
