Teschemakers Resort

Loved the grounds - beautiful to walk around. The history was well documented, and we loved the church (although we couldn’t enter as it was locked) Room was spacious. We were given an upgrade to garden view for which we were grateful. Lady at the desk was very welcoming. Comfy beds and good shower

Nothing major but I feel some improvements would make a big difference: 1. The bathroom was huge, but the sink was tiny and there was no shelving on which to put toiletries. This seems like it could be a simple fix. 2. We had microwave, kettle, toaster and cutlery/ crockery, but nowhere to wash up or cook a proper meal - there was a kitchen but it was being used by a coach party who were reluctant to share.

Over and above customer service. We really enjoyed the tour and history Dark skies, could enjoy the stars

Very nice and quiet!

It's a beautifully restored former nunnery/boarding school with all of the associated old-world charm. Historic with wonderful grounds and lovely, thoughful staff.

There was no restaurant available so that mean a drive to town on a cold wet night

Excellent place to stay! Soo much history to this beautiful old building, grounds are well maintained, the chapel was a highlight for us what a beautiful building!! Highly recommend for a quiet beautiful place to stay of even to just go for a visit!! Will be back!!
