Convenient location. Good place to stay

The receptionist is friendly and helpful, nice room decoration, comfortable bed.

It’s a wet bathroom with an open shower area, no shower screen nor curtain. The photo provided by hotel showed room with a shower screen bathroom, but there wasn’t one when I checked in.

Location is main selling point. Team in the hotel were helpful sorting our airport transfer for us.

The check in and check out process was easy. Staff were not intrusive. Cleanliness was good. The cleaning lady was quite lovely.

I booked a double and a quadruple room. I requested as part of booking for the rooms to be close together if possible. I was given 2 rooms on the same floor which was great. I checked in at about 3pm but upon going to my rooms found out that the quadruple room is still being cleaned. I was then given another quadruple room on a different floor which meant our group would have been split on different floors. We opted to wait for the room to be cleaned so spent over the next hour waiting in the double room. I was disappointed that given we were late to check in that my room was still not ready. The positive to this was that the cleaning lady was lovely. Despite the issue, she did not rush and spent a good deal of time cleaning the room and called us when it was ready. Location wise, the hotel is a bit of a walk to Xuan Huong lake and the walk back to the hotel is quite a bit of uphill. The sound proofing is also quite poor. You can clearly hear if people are talking in the hall way. We were woken up at dawn by guests in other rooms talking with their doors open (though this is not the hotel's fault).
