Helpful staff

Location was nice and quit but not to far to walk down to the city markets etc. or just get a GRAB.

This hotel is comfortable and well managed. We had a king room with balcony and it was spacious and light, having windows on three sides. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The price we paid was amazingly low for such a comfortable room.

The balcony was not really usable because it didn't have chairs and table, and there was a lot of smoke in the air from local burning off. Some of the furniture was in need of maintenance, but this did not detract from our enjoyment of the hotel.

Location is OK, within walking distance to eateries for breakfast and dinner and catching a Grab car back to hotel is easy and convenient

The room is not so clean. We killed two cockroaches during our 4 nights stay at the hotel. Water pressure from the shower is very low and there is no shower screen in the twin room alloted to us, so the whole bathroom is wet after each shower. As there is no air-conditioning in the room, there is a damp smell in the bathroom. Pillows are too soft. Lastly, soundproofing of the room is bad. Can even hear the people talking in the next room.
