Room was nice

Staff were inattentive, at reception and at breakfast. Not rude, but not welcoming. Breakfast OK, but not as good as it could/should be. Couldn't have both OJ and tea. No pastries if you didn't want cooked breakfast, Seems these would not be difficult/expensive things to fix.

Very nice carvery. Daniel serving us was very friendly and nice.

Not particularly friendly reception staff. A large queue as we were told to wait until 3pm. Shabby decor in room.
