Excellent food

I liked everything

Are room was big as I am a wheelchair user so it was easy for my wheelchair to get in and out

The fire alarm was out side of the bedroom every time we had a shower the alarm went off as I think it need to be moved to the middle of the room. And the door needs to be the opposite way around as every time my partner went out the room other customers could see inside or room and it felt i had no privacy

It took 15 minutes before we were told one of the meals ordered was not available, without event a hint of an apology. Not good service, especially as the dining area was only partly occupied at the time.

The Accomodation is basic and tired. Numerous people were smoking immediately outside the hotel entrance this is not an appropriate area inconveniencing all other guests

Staff friendly and helpful. Room comfortable. Breakfast very good and plenty of it It was very close to the hospital as we were visiting a relative

Only downside was we were next to pump room so you could hear that going on and off all night

The food

No I telnet connection from when I arrived till I left. I did speak to a staff member on Saturday morning at breakfast who said ' the engineer was looking at the problem today'. That didn't happen because their was no Internet connection when I left on Sunday. Disappointing!

The convienience of a ground floor location and easy access to food next door

The accomadation needed more pillows.two very thin pillows..not very comfortable for the head and neck

It was very convenient for our needs and to have a cooked breakfast in the Toby was good to set us up for a busy day.

The car park area did leave lots to be desired, it was overgrown, run down and our 1st thoughts were to question our choice of where to stay. However the interior of the accommodation was better. We felt the outside let it down.

Conveniently situated adjacent to M5

Great location. Clean room and huge, great comfy bed. Great facilities and fabulous breakfast at Toby Carvery.

Easy to find.

Reception wasn’t manned when I tried to check in at approx 6.30pm, had to wait almost 15 minutes for a member of staff to come to the desk to allow me to check in! Despite specifically requesting a room on an upper floor (solo, female traveller), my room was on the ground floor and at the other end of the accommodation block. Due to my earlier experience of the long wait at reception I didn’t ask for my room to be changed.
