Giron Chill Out Hotel Boutique

The location couldn't have been better: right in the heart of Girón and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The staff was very helpful with my questions and requests. I was able to store perishables in the kitchen fridge.

The main was the staff, very kind and helpful and say hello to Alexandra, Laura y luz, great people and if you like to spend time in places with colonial style is the place to be with roads in stone , the architecture transport you to 18 century, which is amazing

Good location in the city, friendly staff, hot shower.

A lot of mosquitoes without a mosquito net. A lot of noise from the street and there was a very loud ticking sound coming from the airconditioning.

The location was great. Very convenient to the center of historical Giron. The hotel has a lot of charm too. The staff was very nice and extremely helpful.

You pay a premium for the charm. Facilities and amenities need some updates and are pretty basic. Expected a little more for the price (one of the more expensive places we stayed in Colombia). Felt a little like a beautiful hostel.

I travel through Bucaramanga quite a bit and usually stay there. When I found the Chill Out on Booking.com I decided to give it a try. WHAT A GEM. A great location in a quiet neighborhood close to the airport and a short ride from the bus stop. The staff was so helpful and kind. They arranged us a cab for 4:30 am and it was there on time. The Chill out is so clean, cute, and by very good restaurants. Chill Out Hotel Boutique will now be my go to place to stay on my travels.

Very nice and helpful staff, she also suggested me a good restaurant ( I guess the restaurant service of the hotel was not working). The location is excellent, two blocks from the main square. In a lovely colonial house. The room was very nicely furnished, with old wooden pieces and the bathroom tiny but with a large shower with hot water. The window had no windowpanes, if you want AC you have to close the blinds and stay in the dark but if it’s night it doesn’t matter much. The bed had not been made but there was a bed sheet on it, the mattress and pillow were perfect. Wifi is good. Breakfast is the average Colombian (fruit, eggs and tea/coffee) but with no juice.
