Big and comfortable beds and room, very cute facilities. Super friendly staff.

Clean and homey. Lovely inside. Staff were lovely. Minimal street noise. AC worked well.

Temperature of the shower was a bit unstable.

Excellent service and great / beautiful place. Near to interest points. The food served is amazing, delicious pasta and wine. Fresh and big rooms. Excelente servicio, hermoso lugar. La comida es espectacular, la pasta es deliciosa acompañada de un buen vino.

My kids summed it up, "The food was absolutely amazing, and the people were really nice." This is a family run colonial style hotel. The gentleman is a chef from Rome. His recipes and preparations are from award winning sources. The food is either locally sourced or imported from Italy. The result is authentic, fresh Italian food - the best I've ever had. It was really enjoyable to talk to him about his recipies. Leave room for dessert. The room was ample, and we got a good night's rest. The couple was very kind to us, and we hope to come back.

Giron is a lovely place to stay for a night or two. the hotel has all the amenities needed is clean and has wifi. also air conditioning and the owners are very friendly and helpful. Also the food is very good

Nice place, friendly staff, spacious rooms (with airconditioning) with up to date furniture. The italian owner made us a wonderfull Italian diner! And also, good coffee, which is hard to find in Colombia!

Giron on the outside is a nice looking town but seems to be a suburb of the large city Bucamaranga. Historic and from the 17th century and now protected. Chill out is one of the few places to stay in the old town. Located on one of the busiest narrow streets. Advice: stay away from the room on the street. Very noisy and car exhaust comes through the window. The other rooms where our kids stayed were better. The hotel itself looks all right but is a bit tired. Beds squeaky and not very comfortable. WiFi is fine and airco in every room. We wanted to go out for dinner in Giron but after walking around for an hour we found one restaurant but was closed. Chill Out serves a decent dinner. Only if you are not expecting too much I can recommend Chill Out.

We liked our well-lit, clean room in this small hotel. We appreciated the AC and enjoyed 2 excellent dinners in their tiny restaurant. The breakfasts however were small and ordinary, with no offer of a second coffee. The location was central, close to the main plaza and staff were helpful regarding activities in Giron.
