Das Frühstück war fantastisch , reichhaltig , Kaffee lecker , top top top . Das Zimmer sehr schön , die Betten super , der Pool , die Aussicht , die Ruhe , das ganze Gelände toll , der untere Bereich am Meer atemberaubend schön ,das a la carte Essen lecker und preislich ok , geht auch auf dem Zimmer / am Pool ebenso wie das Frühstück . Casablanca gesehen abds Freilichtbühne , mehrfach auch Muskik/Jazz Trios , alles unaufgeregt .Super zum Entspannen . Super Klimaanlage .

Mosquitos bzw. Mücken . Im Zimmer eher keine Mücken , Netze vor dem Türen / Fenstern . Essen per se gut und angemessen bepreist , nur das Steak mit Asparagus war eher eine Feinschmeckerportion !

Equipe réactive et aux petits soins des clients. Nous avons passé un merveilleux anniversaire de mariage grâce à eux, des petits cadeaux (gateaux, déco, endroit VIP), l'environnement est paradisiaque, l'agencement des lieux est parfait, la beauté des couchers de soleil, le petit dejeuner extremement copieux, l'accueil, le service et le sourire du personnel, en particulier Yasmeen, Momo & Nurgul mais bien sûr de tous les autres dont nous ne connaissons pas les prénoms. La qualité des plats sont gastronomique. Les chambres sont incroyables, nous en avons fait 3, un upgrade à chaque fois pour au final même avoir une piscine chauffée, incroyable. Si on le pouvait, bien sur qu'on reviendrait.

Habituellement rien, mais étant donné que le type de client habitué à ce genre d'hotel est très à cheval sur les détails, alors il manquait quelques savons & shampoing sur la dernière chambre (mais réglé très rapidement). L'odeur des canalisations pour les 2 premières chambres et l'évier bouché dans la 3e chambre . La température un peu froide par moment. Les repas sont un peu chère et le service est tellement fin et minutieux qu'on perds un peu d'intimité. Cela ne nous a pas empecher de passer un séjour parfait.

Her kindness, professionalism, warmth, and genuine attention made our stay even more memorable. We didn’t feel like guests at a hotel we felt truly welcomed and cared for. The food was equally outstanding: delicious flavors, high-quality ingredients, and every meal prepared with care and attention. Everything was simply perfect. Lov Faralya is not just a hotel; it’s an experience, a beautiful escape, a true piece of paradise that leaves you with unforgettable memories and only one wish: to come back again very soon.

Great comms overall - before and throughout. Friendly staff and welcome. Birthday cake on arrival was a sweet touch. Amazing views from the room (we were offered an upgrade which was lovely).

Our trip was at the very start of the season - early April - and sadly the hotel and staff didn't feel quite ready (for us and the one other couple staying)! The pool and beach area all closed. There were many staff (too many) milling around us as we dined alone in the fine dining area. Many struggled to understand us (English). Frustrating paving everywhere - too small to take normal steps. The room didn't quite seem to work - all or nothing lighting, unnecessary hot tub (there was an infinity pool just outside the door so felt like overkill - especially when they talked about "sustainability". Overall a funny vibe - but possibly because it was empty and not quite prepped.

Otelin icerisindeki buggy hizmeti cok iyiydi. Kahvalti gayet iyi ogle yemegi ve aksam yemegi ekstra odeme gerektirir. Yoga alani/egitmeniniz ve masaj icin spa alaniniz var ,hepsi gayet guzeldi.
