The hotel is amazing. Nature, rooms, views, staff - everything is really great. Special thanks to the hotel manager Davlet - he was incredibly helpful and tried to solve every little problem that we met. The hotel is really lucky to have him. The spa didn’t work due to some technical issues so we couldn’t make a reservation, but the hotel offered us a room upgrade and it was really nice. Off-season it’s very quiet and secluded, like a perfect gateway, but I’m really looking forward to visit it during a high season as well.

During a low-season (we were staying at the end of November) some of the food in a restaurant is missing and it was the only issue we had there. For those who follow some particular diet it will be hard to find anything to eat. But I’m sure a problem like that doesn’t exist during a high season

End of season so most things were already closed down. The whole seaside was under renovation. The team seemed in a bit of a rush or not energetic. Twice while the cart was taking my luggage they left in the back and both times it fell off the cart and rolled down the hill hitting the stone. Now two big dents in an expensive luggage and a broken lock. A little more care should be taken even if it’s the end of the season as the prices are still high.

We chose Lov Faralya Hotel for our honeymoon and it exceeded our expectations. The hotel's stunning location in Faralya, with its breathtaking views of Ölüdeniz, provided the perfect tranquil setting. The staff, particularly Mercede, were incredibly helpful and attentive, making us feel truly welcome. We enjoyed the various activities offered by the hotel, such as yoga with Aysegul and guided nature walks. The combination of luxury, natural beauty, and excellent service made our honeymoon unforgettable.

Lovely location although the mosquitos are a nightmare! I was bitten to death.. our room was lovely however there was a huge bees nest outside and we got hardly any sun so no point to having a suite with a pool.

Everything was perfect: location, breakfast, amazing sea and very nice and comfortable beach area.

1. Food We were served non vegetarian food after clearly specifying that we are vegetarian and ordering all vegetarian dishes. Service was very slow, had to walk up to waiters to request anything Meals were not good at all The restaurant claims to be a fine dining place and charges accordingly but neither the food or the service was even average. 2. SPA Had my neck and shoulder paining for 3 days post taking that service We’re charged different prices than what we were given 3. Call from reception in the middle of night Our sleep was interrupted by a wrong call from reception 4. Had to carry our check in luggage uphill during check out Their buggy had a malfunction and we had to carry our luggage

The facilities are amazing, the room was excellent, the staff very friendly and helpful. I took the complementary yoga class and the instructor was amazing and super sweet. Overall a great experience.

The facilities are amazing; however, we stay at the beginning of October and many of the common areas like some terraces, sushi bar, Maserati bar were closed with covers on all the chairs. It felt like they were short staff. I was the same bartender/waiter for two of the bars open, so he will take the order and run to the other bar to take orders from the people there so it took long time to get your drinks and food. (not the employees fault, you could see him running trying to help everyone.
