Property is set in a beautiful location, hard to get to but the views are wonderful. Nice setting of the pool, restaurant and beach access.

Property upkeep was not great. Our room outdoor area near the pool had multiple floor planks loose and with salient nails/screws. And in general, parts of the property looked old and in need of maintenance. Service was also underwhelming on many levels: - Majority of staff did not speak any English, which meant that our food orders and miscellaneous requests were consistently wrong - Staff service was sloppy - waiters were often not attentive to guests or were texting on their phone on the dinner area, understaffed restaurant consistently took a really long time with food, check-in/check-out procedures took really long time, buggy service was never present to bring guests to the pool/beach area, everything just took a really long time. Not necessarily because the hotel was understaffed, it mostly just seemed unorganized - All extras were significantly overpriced, with simple dishes costing around 50 dollars each, and they charge extra for everything such as juices and iced coffee at breakfast. In general , for this level of hotel and the prices they are charging per night (400-600 dollars a night) you would expect a much better service.

The location was beautiful and very peaceful with beautiful views. Apart from the reception staff all the rest were really kind and helpful.

A little run down. Curtains not hanging properly, cracks in wall. They told us we had a forest view. We actually had no view whatsoever. The reception staff Were not very friendly. When I asked how much it would cost to get a room with a view they wanted more than double the price. Which is a shame as the hotel was not full at all. Also we had a water temperature problem, it kept Switching from freezing to boiling, and they were incapable of fixing the problem, telling us we didn’t know how to use it!!! Any other hotel would have changed our room.

The staff were lovely and the complimentary yoga was a bonus

The location was breathtskingly beautiful . The breakfast was perfect. Staff were amazing. Mersedeh the guest relations was so helpful.

Far from everything

We thought the place was amazing, beautiful scenery and atmosphere. All of the staff were very helpful and attentive, this goes for the restaurant staff as well, the restaurant was beautiful and the food was lovely, it was quite expensive but very worth it!

The road to get there was quite difficult, however it didn’t dampen the stay at all!

Beautiful idyllic location with amazing views. The staff are always eager to help and manage to work out what you want and when you'll want it. There is a good staff-to-guest ratio. Food at the restaurant lovely and good quality, if a bit pricey by Turkish standards. Everything kept very clean and our room and pool were cleaned as frequently as we wanted. We felt like VIPs!
