While a dinner hiccup might tinker with the clock by mixing orders, the overall quality is as elevated as your spirits in this alluring boutique haven. Some rooms need quite a renovation and facelift.

Fantastic location and property. Breakfast was amazing, lunch snack menu was really good and covered Turkish and european tastes.

Only a few staff could speak english. Dinner menu was trying to be high cuisine but didnt quite achieve it and was rather expensive for what you got.

The food and drink is pricey, the main restaurant tried very hard to be fine dining, but wasn’t brilliant, more style than substance and very expensive. We’d have rathered there was a more casual spot to eat and offerings which were more traditional and substantial. The breakfast was extensive - 12+ dishes brought to your table - of which it was impossible to eat even a third of it, so felt really quite wasteful in the end. Service was friendly but pretty inexperienced and slow. It just felt like staff needed better management, rather than it being their fault.

Mercedes made our stay very memorable by helping us book our excursions and checking in to make sure all went as expected. I even got balloons and a bottle of wine on my birthday which was very unexpected and sweet!

The hotel is located in a quiet mountain location. Excellent beach on the rocks, clean and warm sea, wonderful views. The rooms are in Balinese style, comfortable. The staff is very friendly. Highly recommend to stay here.

Although the hotel and service were good, there were two problems: 1. evening music. If your room is located closer to the sea or the pool, then every day until 12 at night or until two p.m. you will listen to DJ sets, whether you want it or not. In my opinion, this does not fit into the concept of the hotel at all, moreover, there are no people at these DJ sets. The hotel should abandon this idea. Those who need a party - will probably go to Ibiza to the Ushuaia Hotel. They met us halfway and changed the room to a quiet one from a higher category, without additional charge. Thank you very much for this. 2. Dinners. They are expensive and the payment is not justified in my opinion, the service in the restaurant does not reach the level of the hotel, although everyone tried and was polite, but you will not get the level of service and quality of food that correspond to the cost of the restaurant. However, in any case, the hotel leaves an excellent impression and we would definitely come back (if they turned off the evening music).
