"Didnt stay, wouldnt stay, felt very unwelcome"

We didnt stay, but the women who was going to book us in, was extremely rude and abrupt!! We were very polite to her, so im not sure if that's just her or she maybe doesnt like people from our area, she made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. The desk is also in a very small area, struggled to get to it, people from the pub were sat round the desk,, like a foot away, listening to details and the women's attitude it was embarrassing.

Very poor value for money £90 room only for a very tired "hotel" in need of decoration. Not even a bottle of water and no breakfast available
