It's a very relaxing place and loved the decoration and the food

It would be nice if they could provide coffee or tea in the rooms. Other than that everything was great!

Beautiful mountain! Well kept. Friendly staff. Fresh fruits, yoghurt, croissants, juices for breakfast. Excellent! Loved the yoga option every morning and the soft music at the restaurant.

Room and balcony furniture not comfortable. No common area to hang out that had comfortable seating. No food available outside lunch or dinner. No closets in the rooms.

Hay varias opciones de llegada por carretera, tienes que elegir bien para no tomar la que es muy peligrosa. Las opciones de comida en el restaurante son demasiado limitadas. Si te gusta la comida orgánica te gustará. La recepción cierra mucho antes de lo anunciado sin previo aviso y es el único lugar donde puedes comprar suministros alimenticios o tener contacto con un empleado. Brindan un número, pero no resuelve situaciones.

Gorgeous setting in the mountains. The grounds were well kept and beautiful.

They could have offered self-serve coffee prior to their cafe opening at 9am, especially since the location is so remote and other options are not close or easy to get to. The rooms also could have provided a hair dryer.

Casa Grande was like Bali in Puerto Rico. In between lush and green central mountains. Very beautiful and peaceful environment. Eco vibes. Nice swimming pool, very original breakfast delivery style- in a box right at your door. Reminded me of pandemic times :) But it was all clean and felt fancy. Jungle atmosphere was fantastic.

That we had to PAY for coffee. That for me was the weirdest thing. No coffee was included in your breakfast meal plan. Plus they started offering it only from 9AM , same time when breakfast boxes were delivered to rooms. I woke up at 7 and had to drive 25 minutes through mountains to Utuado bakery to get some morning coffee. That wasn't pleasant. Also first two nights I was freezing since it gets chilly at night. Make sure to ask for a real blanket when you get there and tend to feel cold at nights. On day 3 I asked for it and it was delivered and I slept like a baby :) The closest restaurants are 25 min away by car- in Utuado. The on-sight restaurant serves mostly vegan friendly foods. But it was ok.

Great staff, warm welcoming and helpful. As mentioned below, they were easy with spring our food which required refrigeration and were generous with buckets of ice. Clean rooms, spacious bathroom, soft(ish) bed. Loved the hammock, the robes provided, the salt water pool. I did not get a chance to enjoy massage + other such services, but they looked neat! Food was "pay what you eat", instead of all inclusive. Healthy options, vegetarian friendly. Coffee in the morning on the veranda, leisurely. Use of the yoga studio when we wanted! Location was great, a beautiful place to breathe in peace and tranquility. I liked that this was a quiet type place - no music blasting across the mointains late night. And most of all - I loved the Coqui frog chorus each night!!

Lack of fridge in the room HOWEVER staff were accommodating and helped by permitting use of their kitchen fridge/freezer. This helped as we did not always want to eat at their restaurant (or when we would eat at off hours) Also a sometimes off-smell in the room - unsure if that's because of a septic tank or what. Not sure if anyone could do anything about it. It was not always present, but known when it was. Could also benefit from a line dryer to dry swimsuits/towels. But this is small beans as we would dry our suits on the outside banister.
