A lovely typical village pub with excellent accommodation and superb food. Quiet, comfortable and friendly staff all of whom were exceptional. A great place to relax, unwind and eat very well.

Would be nice if there was a garden to sit in during good weather.

The Forge is a lovely place to stay near whitby. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable, and the food was very nice. We enjoyed our stay very much, and would highly recommend 😀

Food exceptional. Location spot on. Bus to Whitby takes about 10mins. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Lovely friendly local pub.
