Fantastic location if looking to get away from everything

Disappointed with the food not as good as it’s made out to be and on the first night the kitchen wasn’t open so found ourselves eating sandwiches in our room due to the location of the hotel not near any villages

The art deco vibe is lovely. The staff were fantastic. The food was exceptional .. a wonderful stay. I would go back time and time again.

Squeaky bed!

The property is in an amazing location. We ate dinner in the restaurant last night and the food was amazing. The two young men that were serving in the restaurant were incredible and we loved it. We had the garden suite, which had its own sitting room and a private door to the garden, it was so special

Breakfast was an absolute shambles. When it arrived the food was really nice, however the servers had no idea what to do. We were shown our table, asked what drink we wanted, and were then forgotten about for half an hour. The serving lady said it was her first day so had no idea, there were two other gentlemen that kept coming and going, but not actually doing anything productive. Our breakfast experience ruined our impression of the whole stay

Beautiful location, historic, atmospheric building. Lovely communal rooms, great food and welcome
