First there was a booking issue where I have been communicated via the "Booking" app that my booking is complete and confirmed but the hotel staff didn't receive any confirmation. So I had to stand in reception for 1 hour to call booking.com and solve the issue. Customer service was saying they have resolved the issue but the staff were saying they know nothing. Staff were unbothered and not helping anyway to solve this miscommunication. I was only staying for one night so I opted for a cheaper place seeing the reviews were not bad in booking.com. But I didn't expect this much chaos. The room and bathroom were marginally cleaned. The bedsheets were very dirty. We had to put our own sheets to sleep on. The location is not bad but this is not at all a decent place to stay, even for one night.

Very dirty toilets, and rooms not cleaned properly. We being sent to another hotel for one day due to over booking. AC not working

Vadivel the staff there was the only personnel helped sort my stay and really understood the situation.

I was shocked and completely dismayed by room I got. The room was extremely unkempt and dirty to say the least. Sheets looked not ironed and unwashed. Pillows and bedsheets had stains and the room stunk of smoke. The windows were extremely unclean and never cleaned at all in its lifetime. For such a heavy price for a night (close to 1500 per night)that is what you get!!!Forget about the bathroom, the toilet bowl was so dirty. Once flushed it stunk like a septic tank. Couldn’t use the washroom at all. The sink, and the shower head were despicably dirty. I checked in around 3 pm, I spoke to the staff immediately about my plight and the room but they were unwilling to change. At night when the staff changed, a guy called mr.vadivel took charge and cleaned another room for me and handed a new room by 11:30 PM. That’s how I could sleep that night. I am extremely disappointed at booking.com for offering such pathetic places to stay.

Nothing as such

Had a horrible experience in this hotel. Avoid unless you dont find any other place or hotel in town. The rooms were extremely bad. I had to push the staff a lot to just get the ac remote, which later did not work as well. washroom is just 4 walls with a tap and a sink. Its definitely not worth more than Rs. 600-700 a night
