We asked for a non smoking room but got a smoking room. The bedsheet had multiple holes in it. There was not hot water connection to shower.

Das Beste war die Lage.

Kreditkartenzahlung war nicht möglich, mein Zimmer war verraucht (ich konnte dann in ein anderes Zimmer wechseln), Wasserdüse zur Reinigung nach Toilettengang funktionierte nicht, ich habe kein Frühstück bekommen obwohl im Preis enthalten (dafür habe ich einen geringen Betrag Entschädigung bekommen, nicht aber für den defekten Wasseranschluss…)
