I liked property location, as it’s near to the market and all good restaurants were near by.

Property was not cleaned and lift was not working when I visited where I was promised. Another thing, Fabs staff was not cooperative and asked me to adjust. However it was just one night stay so I managed but would not recommend this property if someone is planning to explore Chennai and want a smooth and comfort stay.
