"A lovely little find.."

The view from the beer garden was something else and the sunrise was stunning. A great outdoor space with a bar, music playing and delicious bar food. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff were welcoming and friendly and even brought our food order to the room for us. Definitely recommend if you’re passing through or looking for a night away from it all.

"Good value for money with a lovely cosy pub for evening meal"

There is not breakfast provided other than a porridge pot in the room but we knew that so was fine.

"Good hotel, spoiled by early closing pub."

Very nice hotel/pub. Easy/plenty parking. Comfortable room. Good price.

The pub closed early. I was asked at 9:05pm if I would like a last drink. Admittedly I wasn't rushed and pub closed at 10:45pm. I wouldn't have booked if I knew the bar would close so early. Unfortunately as much as I liked the ambience of the pub and it was a good comfortable stay, I won't be back.
