The Hinds Head Hotel

We had an issue when we arrived but this was quickly resolved by Sam who was very professional and went above and beyond to resolve it.

Was a bit noisy late at night but guess this was due to an event going on. Could do with clear instructions in the room as to what to do with the key when leaving for those of us who don't think to look at emails!

We arrived to a very warm welcome, checked in early, lovely clean room overlooking English countryside. We had an evening meal which was exceptional and great value for money and the weekend English breakfast was fab.

Bit noisy from the road outside

The place was fabulous! Very comfortable, and clean, and all the staff were amazing!

This is quite minor, but they don't serve breakfast during the week. Only on weekends. Not that great if you don't have a car to get around. But I managed because I have family nearby!

Staff, food and room were top tier, really friendly and happy to accommodate for any of our needs, the room was also highly cleaned and felt refreshing to stay in with a lovely view of the country side. Would not hesitate to stay again and would highly recommend.

Other resident staying creating a lot of noise in the corridors and due to the doors not being very soundproof this unfortunately woke me up a few times in the night.
