The Hinds Head Hotel

Great location. Wonderful food and really friendly staff. And we could bring our dogs!

The menu was extensive and food was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very pleased with our room.

Unfortunately my husband is Disabled and the stairs were a bit challenging. Also when we left in the early morning we had to exit via the fire escape. Would definitely use this hotel again if they are had ground floor rooms.

It was a very comfortable bed. Spacious room and bathroom. Hot shower.

Everything was unplugged. The green light from the emergency lighting. I appreciate that emergency lighting is required. But I didn't appreciate the whole room being lit up green all night.

We were married on the Friday so decided to book the Thursday and Friday night even though we only live around the corner. Setting is beautiful, lots of open countryside on view from the back. Rooms were very spacious, beds were really comfortable, breakfast wasn't included in the price which is something they could possibly look at in the future. Saying that there was plenty on the plate and just what you'd expect from a full breakfast.

Everything was fine, no complaints.

The view from the window was gorgeous. It was very peaceful after the pub closed in the evening. The bed was comfortable.

There was yellow liquid in the toilet bowl. The bathroom smelt bad when I arrived. It improved after opening the window and leaving the fan on for a long time. There was a large spider's web halfway up the wall. There was no chair. I didn't like the taste of the porridge, but my expectations were low.

Staff were v ery friendly.
