Exceptional Ski Experience at Dedeman Palandöken Ski Lodge Our group had a fantastic stay at Dedeman Palandöken Ski Lodge Hotel in February 2025. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and service exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to the front desk team—Ceren and her colleagues—as well as Mr. Mehmet for their warm welcome and professionalism. Their attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable, and we truly appreciated the complimentary room upgrade. The ski-in, ski-out convenience of the hotel made accessing the slopes effortless, allowing us to maximize our time on the mountain. As passionate skiers, we found the location ideal, with well-maintained runs and breathtaking views of Palandöken. The food was another highlight of our stay. Every meal was delicious, offering a great selection that catered to various tastes. After long days on the slopes, the dining experience was a perfect way to unwind and refuel.

Best thing is it is near the ski lifts. You don’t need a car to reach the lifts. Food is very good. Personnel is doing their best and helpful. Clean, well heated and beds are good… the price compared to other hotels in the area is good…

SPA center at the hotel is not run by the hotel. I tried it and definitely do not recommend. Even they make you pay a big amount of money they do not serve you well..

Sehr gutes Frühstück. Abendessen-Buffet war auch sehr abwechslungsreich, Ciğköfte war sehr gut, nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, guter Service, schönes geräumiges Zimmer mit super Ausblick

Abendessen ziemlich spät (19-21 Uhr), die Skipiste schließt bereits gegen 16.30 Uhr
