Perfect location, friendly staff.

Our stay at Dedeman Palandöken Ski Lodge Hotel was absolutely wonderful! The highlight of our experience was the incredible staff, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. A special thanks to Nihat Bey for his warm hospitality, Kerem Bey, the head of operations, for his professionalism, and Mehmet Bey for assisting us with our room. I also want to acknowledge the kind blonde lady who took such great care of our family – her name slips my mind, but her exceptional service will always be remembered. The hotel itself is spotless, with impeccable cleanliness throughout. The location is unbeatable, offering breathtaking views and easy access to the ski slopes. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

Nice location, it’s just near the gondola lift. The room is clean and cozy. Friendly personnel are ready to help with anything you need.

If I got it right, the profile says ski pass is included, but it’s not. Not a big deal, but I believe the profile should be updated.

La mujer de la recepción, se tomó el atrevimiento de ponerle puntuación al hotel en maps desde el celular de mi esposo. Entiendo que quieran buenas reseñas, pero corresponde al cliente dar su opinión. Olvidé algo en el refrigerador, a los 10 minutos que volví, no habían limpiado aún, pero mis pertenencias no estaban.
