La TV non sempre si vedeva come il wifi il rubinetto della doccia che si toglieva il letto matrimoniale erano due singoli non comodo proprio

Ciò che più ci è piaicuto è l'accoglienza e il servizio offerto dalla struttura. Tutto il personale davvero gentile.

We are just coming to the end of a 14 day stay with our 2 teenage daughters. This is a beautiful hotel. It is so clean and all the staff are both friendly and professional. The layout/design of the hotel is perfect and everything has been thought of. The attention to detail throughout the hotel is incredible and there are beautiful displays of tiles everywhere . .I will always remember the many beautiful tiles!! The hotel rooms are lovely. The size is great and we had a beautiful sea view from the balcony. Exquisite gardens surround the hotel. There are lots of sunbeds and seating of every type in various areas around the hotel. The hotel has been at capacity during our stay but you would never have guessed as it never felt even slightly crowded. There is a gym area and great spa too - also with friendly staff. Forio is a 15/ 20 minute walk and is such a great place to spend an evening (we stayed on bed and breakfast basis). We used the hotel shuttle on many evenings and walked back. There are also good places to eat only 5/10 minutes walk from the hotel. Breakfast was very nice as was the lunchtime restaurant by the pool. The ONLY fault I can find in this 4 star hotel is that they do not provide bottled water in the rooms. (There are fridges in the rooms but water is heavy to carry back from Forio). Thank you to Hotel Providence for a wonderful stay. The staff here work so hard, all day every day, to give their guests the very best holiday. Thank you to you all - we are very sad to say goodbye. Maggiormente tutto buono,un unico consiglio al mattino un cameriere deve essere sempre presente,spesso si arrivava in sala ed erano tutto dentro ,e capita che per qualche minuto si rimane ad aspettare,ma è una critica costruttiva,per il resto davvero tutto soddisfacente

Posizione molto strategica. A 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Citara e a 20 minuti a piedi dal porto di Forio, collegata con i pullman e servizio navetta. Bellissima vista sul mare, molto belle anche le piscine. Nel caso c'è la possibilità di prendere ombrelloni per andare in spiaggia libera (naturalmente tutto gratuito), e anche la possibilità di usufruire degli spogliatoi e doccia della piscina (gratuitamente).

A mio parere non è un hotel a quattro stelle, forse è più adeguato come tre stelle. Il bagno per quanto era davvero molto bello, con decorazioni in ceramica, mancava delle cose più basilari come appendini per asciugamani. (c'era solo uno). Anche la colazione la mattina non mi ha fatto impazzire, poco scelta (e soprattutto mancava il famoso cornetto ischitano). Non abbiamo trovato nemmeno l'acqua di benvenuto in frigo, e questo secondo me non è un azione da un hotel 4 stelle.
