Hotel Terme Providence

Rigtig fint familie drevet hotel, med en god service. Det værelse vi havde var meget lydt. Beliggenheden er god hvis man ønsker fred og ro, typisk Italiensk med spisning om aftenen, som skulle bookes på forhånd. Vi prøvede det en enkelt gang, men valgte efterfølgende hver aften at gå ned i byen og spise (20 min. gang). Morgenmaden er fin.

Magnifique endroit, bon petit déjeuner, piscine thermale et piscine normale, vue magnifique pour le coucher de soleil, bonne restauration sur place et prix corrects. Le cadre est très apaisant

Hotel molto bello e posizione fantastica, i servizi sono ottimi ma farei delle modifiche su alcuni. Tutto sommato è stato un bel momento, ci ritornerei volentieri Grazie

Bad experience I pay extra 250 euro for better room they put me in cheap classic old 1980s smelly room . probably they plan was kept 250 euros ..they probably do this many tim es. I complained they give me 2 days later better room . They upset me never again this hotel .don't like scammers

Fantastiskt hotell, mycket trevlig och serviceminded personal, smakfullt, rent. Fint poolområde och sagolik utsikt! Stor frukostbuffé. Tillgängligt även med rullstol vilket uppskattades mycket. Trapphiss till poolområdet. Verkligheten överträffade bilderna och högt ställda förväntningar! Aktiviteter som middag, livemusik, vattengympa, yoga mm. Rekommenderas varmt!

All I can say is that the hotel has the BEST owner who treated my family like family. He is the best and even my children said he is the nicest person they have ever met. We know have a friend for life and I truly recommend this hotel to all!

Great hotel beautiful grounds, and lovely staff. We have traveled all over Europe and would agree these were very small rooms. We were unable to even put our suitcase down and leave it open. The air conditioning was very weak, leaving the room a little stuffy at night. All in all this was very nice place to spend some quiet down time.

Good breakfast for gluten free, lots of choice. Lovely staff who were very helpful.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Initially we had booked this holiday pre pandemic and were so excited to finally get to Ischia. The hotel was everything we expected and more. Facilities were excellent. 3 great pools, plenty of sun-beds, an amazing thermal pool and the view was exceptional! From the minute we arrived we were made to feel welcome. The reception staff took care of us and helped us settle in. A big shout out to the restaurant staff,especially Adina Alessandra Giovanni Thomasso Their service was 5 star. A special shout to Nicolleta who kept our room pristine! Cocktails at the bar in the evening made by the fantastic Carmine! They were sensational. The food was 5 star at every sitting. An amazing selection of local foods, all fantastically prepared and served. An unexpected surprise was the 2 classical concerts, they were a treat ! This family run and owned hotel made us feel welcome from the instant we arrived. The staff all made us part of the family and we would be happy to book again. An amazing holiday.
