I especially loved the peaceful environment—it’s the perfect place to relax whether you're visiting for business or family. What truly sets Premier Heights apart is their excellent service. 1) Untrained staff lacking basic customer service skills. 2) Bathrooms are not good at all with cheap fixtures, not properly cleaned. 3) Bed sheets, although apparently washed, were stained. 4) Elevator stopped working in the morning.
