Convenience for the work I am doing nearby.

Property looked good,room nice size and clean

We got there for 7.45,was not allowed in bar ,no food available due to a private function which we was not informed very poor been driving all day from Kent was looking forward to dinner and a drink.when in room loud music from function played until about 12.30.the lady who we booked in with was very polite

Breakfast was amazing - perfectly cooked and lots of it. Good quality ingredients.

Lacked atmosphere in the bar as we were the only ones there, although the music was good and the staff attentive.

nothing - absolutely nothing

the blood stains on the bed sheet and duvet which obviously hadn’t been changed since the last guest. the fowl smelling towels, the noise from the water pump, the tiny TV, the lack of an iron

Appreciated the bottle of prosecco that was in the room as no bar facilities open the bed was comfortable that's as good as it gets

Customer service was non existence as there were no staff nothing was open except for our rooms to which we had to check ourselves in and out of absolutely disgusted we were treated in this manner I want refunded
