"It was a secure property but wouldn’t really rate it full of spiders"

There was no one to greet you on your stay and the bath and shower taps would not work so had to get a was at the sink

The staff member "Cam" was extremely helpful and obliging. The room we eventually stayed in was very good the decor throughout was very good.

Check in was a complete mess. Key box number never sent, tried call someone as the premises looked locked up and deserted. The contact number does not exist. Got there number from their website. Told to get a different key for a different room, the room was not what I had booked and not suitable. Waited a hour for a staff member to arrive to sort the problem out which he did promptly. We were given the room we booked which was fine.

Friendly, professional staff gave me a warm welcome. Shower pressure was amazing! Toiletries were lovely! Food and drink were great. Lovely decor and nice room. Very clean.

Mattress not very comfy in room 11. Recommend replacing them with the Premier Inn mattresses that you can buy, they're very comfy.

Very quiet, comfortable & clean

No staff on site to ask questions, but a quick call was all that was needed. A little out of the way but nice quiet location.

Absolutely wonderful property, very welcoming and friendly. The property was based in a quiet place and had plenty of parking on site. The room was comfortable and had the facilities to make hot drinks in your room. The owner was extremely friendly and accommodating and as we were arriving late because we were visiting due to a dear friend passing away, she ensured we had everything we needed offering to put anything extra we might need in the room for us and ensured we could get into the room. Would highly recommend this lovely, homely and welcoming property.

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like. It was all perfect for our stay.
