No food, no staff on site. Ridiculous’rules’ to adhere to. Cancellation of the booking saying that I hadn’t provided card details, yet I had when booking. Laborious phone call to re-book.

The room was very spacious, self check was convenient as travelling and wasn’t sure of an exact time on arrival but found being texted a code to a key lock and able to check in between 15:00-20:00 was brilliant. Amble parking too and the outside area with seating and tables was much appreciated.

The room could do with fresh lick of paint on the walls as they was marks and the tv signal wasn’t great kept getting loss of signal while watching tv in bed. The bathroom needed a second coat of emulsion on the walls and the shower head just needed the screw tightening as it kept falling down so had to hold the shower head while showering. Felt the room could do with a pair of curtains at the window to make it homely and the bar and restaurant area pictures on the internet look amazing but was disappointed that they don’t open on a weekend so couldn’t get food or a drink at the hotel but will definitely be back again sometime soon. The outdoor seating area could do with a little tidy up as the block paving had weeds and could have done with a sweep.

Food - only two options for evening meal. Bar closed at 8pm. Only one member of staff who finished at 8pm. No breakfast offered.

bedroom was super cosy and very clean. the staff were lovely as we were running late but they were very understanding:)

only problem was, maps took us to the wrong location. was only a couple minutes down the road though

Quiet location, plenty of parking space, basic hotel room, but clean and good value for money. Just what I needed on a motorcycle tour.

At the time I stayed, the bar and restaurant were closed, so no meals or breakfast available. The place is a little run down, but clean enough.
