The room was nicely decorated

property was difficult to find as it wasn't well signed, the room was very cold and unheated, the bed was very uncomfortable, no staff were on site to assist with any issues

Room was tidy and comfortable. Good location for our purpose and very reasonably priced.

No breakfast or bar on site. Didn't see a member of staff throughout our stay.

No staff onsite, but well organised self check-in. Restaurant not open. Rooms very nice & clean, comfortable bed, great shower.

It was freezing cold. No staff at check in as it was done via a key safe. I didn’t like this, especially as a solo traveler.

Booked room only- bar/food only when a function on. Code given to get room key on arrival. very clean/ comfortable. No issues as stop over for local business.

All fine- but my bathroom was very cold- no heat

Broken shower and no heating in the bathroom. Wedding party the night I stayed and people running around in the corridor’s until 1.30am. Inadequate heating for the size of the room. I complained the next morning and the manager said that they could not get an electrician to repair the heating in the bathroom. No apologies or recompense. I told them they should not rent a room without heating.

Clean, spacious room.

Very hard mattress, and the heater in the room (room 4) made a clicking noise every time it came on, which disturbed our sleep throughout the night.
