We were the only guests yet website had sold out rooms so we booked the most expensive one misleading

Attended a function, so stopped at the venue

good size room, good key access, comfy bed.

plenty of holiday spiders, not quite finished off woodwork/painting in bathroom, small TV, only 2 pillows. "but all in all it didn't spoil out stay"

Location was fine

The room was unclean. Used mugs, used towels, rubbish in the room, not sure bed was changed. Disgusting.

Clean

No serviced rooms for three days. Hard beds, hard pillows tiny tv

Perfect location to where we was attending

The only thing that let the property down was the amount of rubbish outside the property ....it needs moving away from the main entrance as it's attracting animals that you don't need

Big comfortable bed. Tea/coffee and biscuits a nice touch. Nice clean bathroom with a plug in the wash basin that did NOT leak. Very quiet as in countryside.

Out in the countryside down a dark lane. Definitely need a Satnav to find it if you are arriving after dusk. For the £80 charged we expected a breakfast but there were no staff at all at the hotel as only 5 rooms were occupied that Saturday night. I was told this by hotel manager on the phone when paying for the booking, it wasn’t practical to pay for any staff when so few rooms were booked, this obviously meant the same for a breakfast cook the following morning. Very disappointing, all we had was a nights sleep and a shower, and then had to find somewhere to have breakfast on our way home. Made an expensive stop. The price was also different to what was advertised on the internet. Over £30 difference.
