Location. Price. And a modern and old feel about the place.

Nothing to be fair. I didn’t realise the rooms were above a bar that is open very late. “Which is not advertised “. But if you’ve had a few drinks yourself you won’t hear it. Didn’t bother us at all.

Lots of positives , great location , friendly staff , breakfast was delicious . Bar is lively to be honest but not much noise from it. The room was nice and clean , however the bathroom blind was in a sorry state , windows outside need a clean . On the second night , all I could hear all night was what sounded like a cement mixer turning. The bathroom fans are very noisy , but I don't think it was that , I did mention it on check out .

The hotel was in a perfect location. Staff were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere on an evening was brilliant and a good selection of music. The breakfast was a hot buffet breakfast or cereal & toast if you fancied it. As much tea, coffee, orange & apple juice as you wanted.

My only criticism was the bed. It could do with a new mattress....and sooner rather than later. We stayed in room 9 which was clean decorated well.

The hotel was lovely, very welcoming.

The breakfast could have been a lot hotter it was more luke warm than hot specially the beans n eggs. Other than that lovely place
