The facilities are very nice, but for me it always comes down to the staff. I found the staff to be very attentive, and seemed happy to help when ever I asked. The breakfast and coffee ☕️ was very good. Warm shower and nice beds with a friendly staff made my stay very enjoyable.

Honestly, I can't think of anything that I didn't like. The only thing is Equador is having some rolling blackouts with the electricity temporarily. The hotel had a generator that keep most things rolling as normal.

The toilet was not working the bathtub was not good I have to call them for the service was terrible to fix the toilet and the breakfast very small the same menu
