Staffs were rude. Asked for extra money for early checkin. Rooms were kind of dirty. Saw 3 roaches on the bed and had to kill them.

"Not enough food in the area."

There's not much to do in the area. And there's quite limited options for eating.

"Good with bitter end"

- well located - cheap - power and water functioning - wifi good

- not that clean in the first days - often tried to make deals for expensive tours with us We booked our trip to cat ba with the owner, cause it seemed cheaper than the web options. Anyway till the ferry everything was kinda okay. Then afterwards there was no bus or taxi (which we were told). We just got 100k in front to pay a taxi or grab…grab wasn’t available and taxi costed 350.000. feels like a scam
